Exhibition: Still Living Life
Opening: 25 November 6.30 pm,
Hoxton Works, 128 Hoxton Street, N1 6SH
Grafik Warfare is an up and coming street art collective based in Brighton, across the UK and beyond. Working in a variety of media they set out to depict or augment urban landscapes in a raw and unpretentious style.
The collective were brought together early in 2005 by a shared passion for making Street Art, and its style, impact and accessibility. Communication within the fotolog community http://www.fotolog.net/grafik_warfare/ helped to bring about opportunities to show the work. As a collective they have presented over three exhibitions in 2005 alone:
‘Still Living Life’ August 2005, MS Stubnitz ship in Amsterdam
OUTSIDE IN 2005, Brighton Festival Fringe
THE RODE BOOT 2005, Amsterdam
The upcoming show at Hoxton Works exhibits nearly forty canvases by members of the collective, alongside previously unseen works.
