French street artist Gregos made a return to London this week to install some new cultural street art works. We last caught up with the Parisian based artist earlier this year in March (covered here) when the artist spent a number of days in town installing his 3D street art faces around East London.
Since the artists last London visit he has been be working with French music group and a favourite of our, St.Germain. Gregos collaborated with the musicians to produce the cover artwork for the bands long awaited album Real Blues, their first in 15 years. He also starred in the bands music video for the first single also titled Real Blues. You can check it the track below and following Gregos in the music video as he installs his work around Paris.
Unlike most street artists who choose to conceal their identity, Gregos creates 3D plaster renders using his own face in various expressions which he then affixes to the walls across the globe as is seen in the video above. For his latest edition of the series installed in London on this visit the artist has incorporated his 3D face sculptures and mixed them with ballon shaped paste-ups to create this fun new series of works.
