The Second Secret Santa Swap
My fellow Irish man Asbestos is once again holding his Secret Santa Swap. For those of you who took part last year you know the score. For all you newbies have a read below of what Asbestos has emailed me. You gotta be quick though as the closing date is only a few days away.
From Asbestos:
It's that time of year again kids, so get ready to start swapping art! The Second Secret Santa Swap for Street artists is here courtesy of my good self - Asbestos. http://www.theartofasbestos.com/chris/
The deal is that street artists from around the globe will make & send an original piece of art and in return receive a piece from another artist somewhere else in the world. This year I''ve also got a little surprise up my sleeve for everyone who gets involved.
As the project is limited to street artists only, email your NAME, ADDRESS & a LINK to prove your are actually a street artist to
[email protected] CLOSING DATE for entries is 28th of November 2005.
I'll then take all the names and a Secret Santa will be drawn for each artist out of my big hat. You'll be told by the 30th November which artist you have to send an original piece of art to. Make some art that you'd love to get. What you put into this you'll get back. Remember it MUST be an original piece of art. Post your artwork to the artist who's name I give you by 10th of December, in plenty of time for christmas. Asbestos ain't responsible for secret santa's being lazy bastards or the postman stealing your art.
Get those email over to Asbestos now and you never know you may be lucky and get something amazing like the Swoon piece I recieve last year.
