Shok-1 X-Rainbow 9 Mural
Yesterday saw graffiti artist Shok-1 return to this spot just off Brick Lane in East London. The artist has previous painted this wall with his impressive X-Ray bones series (covered here and here). We have unfortunately missed a number of the other pieces in the on going series as they have been painted over by artists or taken out with tags and comedy cocks before we had the chance to photograph them!
This latest piece in the X-Rainbow series is the 9th incarnation on this wall, with Shok-1 raising the bar with each new mural in the series. The transparent like effect of these vibrant pieces painted with a rainbow colour scheme really pops against the black background and should be seen in person to appreciate in full all the detail and work that has gone into creating these skillfully executed works. Have a look at some of our pictures of the new work below and if you are in London try and see the piece in person.
