BRUTAL Group Show in London
Lazarides and The Vinyl Factory have teamed up for BRUTAL, Lazarides’ sixth large scale off-site exhibition coinciding with Frieze Art Fair. The exhibition located in a vast abandoned office building on the Strand features original artworks and site specific works from sixteen artists, all of whom are responding to the shows theme ‘BRUTAL’.
Artists taking part in this years show include Antony Micallef, Ben Woodeson, Bill McRight, Brad Downey, Cleon Peterson, Conor Harrington, DALeast, Doug Foster, Estevan Oriol, James Lavelle, Katrin Fridriks, Karim Zeriahen, Know Hope, Lucy McLauchlan, Mark Jenkins, Pose, Sebastian Horsley, Todd James.
We checked out the impressive space and the works on show which opened to the public on Tuesday 16th October. Below are a selection of images we captured while at the show including some images from one of our favourite spaces at the the show featuring Lucy McLauchlan site specific work. With Frieze, Moniker and the Other Art Fairs all taking place this week, Brutal is a another must see event.
