Tilt Paints the Union Jack

Tilt Internationally recognized graffiti artist Tilt rolled into London yesterday to begin work on the huge wall space outside of East London's Village Underground.

Originating from Toulouse in the South of France, Tilt is planning to paint a huge Union Jack Flag on the wall incorporating the bubble letter forms which the artist has come to be known for. Yesterday's attempts to begin working were hampered by the rain and the artist returned today, managing to get the bubble letter outline of the flag completed. Tomorrow will see the addition of some colour, with the letters getting filled in with red and blue to complete the flag. If you are in the neighbourhood swing by, check the wall and maybe see the artist at work! Below are some photographs we took today. Tilt Tilt Tilt Tilt Tilt Tilt
