Stencil artists Jana & JS, an Austrian and French couple currently living in Salzburg, Austria recently returned to London to instal some new stencil pieces around the city. We last saw some work from the artists here in city back in May of last year (covered here) when the duo left some beautiful stencil pieces featuring themselves in many of the multi layered works. Nearly all but one of these pieces have been removed or painted over so we are happy to see some new work appearing on the streets again. Below are a selection of their new street pieces.
Next Tuesday the 2nd of July German print site, Pretty Portal will release JANA & JS's latest stencil edition. The new edition titled "Who said it was better before" will feature Indian ink, watercolors, acrylics, spray and stencil on old music paper. The edition is handpainted and sprayed, so every piece will be slightly different and unique in the edition of 10. Priced at 180 EURO they will be available online from the Pretty Portal website on Tuesday, you can find out more about this new edition on their site here.
